About Us
The Arbitration & Mediation Foundation of India (AMFIN), is a leading association of arbitration & mediation practitioners dedicated to promoting excellence in arbitration & mediation and enhancing the efficiency of arbitral & mediations proceedings, and positioning arbitration & mediation as a trusted method of dispute resolution in India.
Over the past six years it has conducted six workshops in Goa, Odisha, Kerala and Tamil Nadu to promote settlement of disputes through the mechanism of Arbitration & Mediation. The workshops have been attended by participants from various Public Sector Undertakings as well as Private Companies.
As arbitration & mediation becomes an increasingly favoured mechanism for resolving commercial disputes in India, AMFIN aims to create a conducive environment for arbitration and mediation practitioners in India.
